Full Mouth Reconstruction: Case 9
Description
The patient from Bethesda, MD has been suffering from multiple issues. The occlusion (bite) was off and uneven for a long time. He could not chew food well. The uneven smile with almost no teeth showing was the one of the main concern the patient had. Despite of poor bone in the maxilla and the mandible, the dental implant surgery went very well and the patient had the first set of temporary teeth on the first day. After three months of healing (osseointegration), the customized final teeth were inserted. The final restorations were implant supported hybrids.
