"Best dentist ever!"
Dr. Han is is thorough and is really thoughtful and caring. I love this practice so much I drive from Middleburg VA. I met them when I lived in mclean. Dr Han has done all my crowns (all molars), and then put all veneers on the rest of my teeth to prevent more gum receding. They are very soft and caring

Traditional Dental Veneers
Our traditional veneers are crafted from stunning E-max porcelain that mimics the translucency and light-reflecting property of natural tooth enamel. Dr. Han works with the talented dental ceramist Nelson Rego to craft these custom restorations. While traditional porcelain veneers do require some alterations to your tooth enamel, they are most effective for treating larger damage or severe discoloration.
No-Prep Dental Veneers
Our McLean practice also offers the latest "no-prep" veneers which require little to no alteration to the natural tooth structure. Patients wishing to correct minor cosmetic imperfections are the ideal candidate for these ultra-thin dental restorations. Prepless veneers require only a single appointment to place and are reversible if you wish in the future to discontinue or select a different form of treatment.
Are Veneers Right for You?
While teeth whitening or other cosmetic treatments may suffice for some issues, porcelain veneers are typically recommended for patients who wish to...
- Lengthen short teeth
- Close gaps between teeth
- Achieve more consistent tooth shape
- Correct crooked teeth
- Brighten discolored teeth
- Cover chipped teeth

Creating Your Personalized Veneers
The Smile Design Process
Dr. Han and Dr. Ahn's interactive smile design process is an essential part of your customized veneer treatment. With cosmetic dentistry, patient input is invaluable to ensuring that we achieve your goals. We encourage you to bring photos of yourself, especially if you were satisfied with your smile at a younger age, or images of a smile you admire. Once we understand your goals we will design a plan that may integrate other techniques such as whitening or gum contouring, to get you the best results.
From here, our dentists will create your custom veneers to reflect the qualities you like and to address any of your concerns. We can even create a wax mock-up of your veneers to help you visualize the outcome of your procedure. This allows you the opportunity to provide feedback and make any adjustments for the best fit and aesthetics. Our collaborative consultations and interactive treatment planning help us to better understand our patients' needs and give you the results that exceed your expectations.
"I am so excited about my experience over the last month with Dr. Han. My life has literally been transformed and my confidence in my smile is something I could never have imagined... I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that I am in the hands of excellence." Antonio Lowery

Can I Afford Dental Veneers?
While our McLean practice takes all forms of PPO dental insurance, most plans do not cover the cost of cosmetic dentistry. Fortunately, most patients can afford the cost of treatment with one of our flexible financing options. We are happy to offer in-house financing as well as plans through CareCredit®. We also accept credit cards if you choose to go with your own line of credit.
Caring For Your New Smile
Practice Good Oral Hygiene
Brush your teeth twice daily and be mindful of your flossing technique. We suggest pulling the string from front to back rather than an up and down motion to prevent dislodging the veneer from your tooth.
Watch What You Eat
While porcelain veneers are stain-resistant, your regular enamel is not. Try to stay away from foods and drinks that are known to cause discoloration and ask us about our whitening treatments for occasional touch-ups.
Avoid Excessive Pressure
Just like a regular tooth, your veneer is not indestructible. To prevent cracking or wearing down the porcelain, don't bite down on anything incredibly hard such as ice, hard candy, and certain raw fruits.
